New Delhi, 09th February 2023: SATTE 2023, organized by Informa Markets in India, has commenced today at the India Expo Mart, Greater Noida, Delhi NCR, with the aim of revitalizing the country’s travel industry business. Spanning over three days from Feb 9th-11th, the event has been conceptualized around the theme ‘Inclusive and Sustainable Tourism’. SATTE provides a platform for connecting and identifying opportunities in a sector that is projected to reach a market volume of $32 billion by 2027.
Informa Markets India is all set to organize the 3rd edition of SATTE GenX, introducing Hybrid Expo on November 17th, 2022 as Physical Expo followed by Virtual Expo on 22nd & 23rd November 2022.
The upcoming Hybrid expo, promises to offer a Dynamic physical and virtual platform to the stakeholders of the global travel and industry to reconnect, network and conduct business. The two-day expo will also provide various knowledge sessions and idea exchange opportunities.

From the shipping ministry perspective, cruise tourism amongst Indians has become very popular; India's coastal line boasts of 7,500 kms which increases immense potential for cruise tourism. Keeping this in mind, we have built International cruise terminals such as the one in Mumbai. A few in Goa, Mangalore, Kochi, Paradip and Kolkata are in the pipeline as the ministry and its stakeholders are continuously working to build the tourism sector.
